ie vista do get more then 2 connections sites

Ok, so they still have not added a download manager or the ability in the menues to tell IE to allow you to download more then 2 files from a site at the same time. So how do you tell IE I want to be able to download more then 2 files at once?

Well duh! There's another way by editing something in IE, but if you don't know what I'm talking about then ok cool.
